Recognition reflects NHA’s tracked review process. Exact rates are not published until the complete observed-company denominator can be verified.
Recognition is earned, not purchased. NHA reviews far more companies than it lists, and only a small share satisfy the published evidence standards for a profile. A listing is intended as an honor for meeting those standards at the time of review: an independently verifiable Google rating above 4.3, an A+ BBB letter grade, an exact business match, and review of the available public record.
