Why this company is included
The matched public listings met NHA’s selection thresholds at review: a Google rating of at least 4.3 and a BBB letter grade of A+. Gold recognition describes this public-source research result; it is not a workmanship guarantee or a claim that credentials were verified.
Business and services
Brooklyn plumbing and heating contractor providing service and repairs. Google, BBB and the company website identify the same business and phone number. BBB assigns an A+ letter grade but currently states that the business is not BBB Accredited; those are separate measures.
Listed location: 430 Jefferson Street, Brooklyn, NY 11237
Business phone: (718) 484-4911
Complaint record and review context
The BBB complaint page displayed 0 complaints when checked. This describes the BBB reporting record only; it does not establish that no customer has ever had a problem. BBB generally reports complaints within a three-year period. Google ratings summarize customer feedback and can change.
BBB’s A+ letter grade is separate from its customer-star rating. NHA did not convert either platform’s rating into an invented NHA score.
Before you hire
Confirm the company serves your address and handles your project. Ask for project-specific licensing, current insurance documentation, a written scope, pricing, warranty terms and references. Recognition does not replace those final checks.
